The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil litigation and transactional experience and excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Legal Admin Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of litigation and transactional legal admin assistant experience required
- Prepare, edit, and finalize a wide range of legal and business documents-including transactional materials such as contracts and M&A-related files-ensuring they meet firm standards and support smooth coordination between attorneys, clients, and deal teams.
- Format, review, and quality-check litigation documents (briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence) for accuracy, compliance with court rules, and readiness for electronic filing in state and federal courts.
- Provide comprehensive attorney support across all case stages, from pre-trial preparation through trial activities and post-trial follow-up.
- Manage attorney assignments and daily workflow, balancing priorities, assisting teammates when needed, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients to meet firm and client expectations.
- Handle key administrative functions, including new-client onboarding, time entry management, scheduling, travel coordination, mail processing, call handling, and proofreading, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional client service
